Who are these courses suitable for?
Our courses are designed to build your training and nutrition knowledge from a beginner/intermediate level, to advanced in both topics.
What's the difference between group coaching and 1-1?
Group coaching is a cost-effective option that provides structured guidance, including a training program, nutrition course, weekly group calls, and a supportive community chat for accountability. My 1-1 online coaching offers a fully personalised experience with bespoke training and nutrition plans that evolve over time, direct access to me via WhatsApp, and private weekly check-ins for a higher level of support. Both are designed to help you achieve lasting results, but the choice depends on your budget and the level of personalisation you need.
How long do the courses last?
My course contains 26 educational videos with each around 10-20 minutes long on average. You could get this done over a few weeks or several months, depending on your time availability.
