1. Digital Products (Online Courses, Downloads, Memberships)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once access has been granted to our course materials or downloadable content, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you experience any technical issues or are unable to access your purchased course, please contact us immediately at benclarkcoaching@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in the following situations, at our sole discretion:

You purchased the same course multiple times by accident.

There was a technical error during the purchase process that prevented access to the course.

The course content was significantly different from what was described (must be reported within 7 days of purchase).

3. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in termination of your access to the course and all future services. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues.
